Paper Template
All papers must follow the official IEEE two-column conference paper format. Authors should use the official IEEE template available for LaTeX and Microsoft Word.
- Maximum page limit: Initial paper limit is 6 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
- Font: Times New Roman, 10pt.
- Margins: Standard IEEE conference margins.
- Figures: High resolution (300+ DPI).
- Paper size: US Letter (8.5" x 11").
Submission Steps
- Prepare your paper using the IEEE template.
- Convert the manuscript to PDF format.
- Ensure all fonts are embedded in the PDF.
- Remove author names, affiliations, and identifying information for double-blind review.
- Submit through the official online submission system.
- Await reviewer notification according to the conference timeline.
Originality & Plagiarism
ICONCISE-2027 follows strict IEEE plagiarism policies.
- Similarity index must be below 20% overall
- No more than 2% from a single source
- Papers with self-plagiarism above threshold will be rejected

After acceptance, submit your camera-ready paper by 20 October 2026.

Review Process
All submitted papers undergo rigorous double-blind peer review by at least 3 independent reviewers from the Technical Program Committee.
- Reviews based on originality, significance, clarity, and relevance
- Decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, Reject
- All decisions are final after revision round
